We hope your year is off to a great start. At the Walnut Creek Aquatic Foundation, we have been busy meeting with City Council members and staff to make clear our continued desire to partner with the City of Walnut Creek in the renovation of the Clarke Swim Center and explaining why the center should include a 50-meter pool. On February 14, 2017, the City issued a Request for Proposal for individuals and firms to submit design alternatives for a new swim center. We look forward to seeing the proposals and to representing our community in this process.
